Pay Range: $20 per hour plus commission (Average first year OTE is $80k)
Location: San Diego, CA (92127/4S Ranch)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to generate sales opportunities
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Close sales and achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers
Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services when appropriate
Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally
Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales processes
Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, call center, or customer-facing roles
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
Basic computer proficiency (CRM software, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a high-volume environment
